1. Do I need certification to buy refrigerants?
Some refrigerants require proof of EPA Section 608 Certification. If certification is required, we may ask you to provide documentation before your order is shipped.
2. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
3. Do you ship outside of the United States?
No, we currently only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
4. Can I return refrigerants?
Unopened, unused refrigerants can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Once a cylinder or container has been opened, it cannot be returned due to safety regulations.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers.
6. How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
7. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect order?
